Her experience ranges from Marriott and Hilton to the Humane Society and Mentavi Health, with considerable experience in the hospitality and mental wellness spaces.

Bryn Karr serves as the Operations Manager at T Collective, bringing over 19 years of experience in operations and portfolio management. With a degree in Marketing and a people-first mindset, she thrives at the intersection of strategy and hospitality. Bryn is known for her enthusiastic approach, clear communication, and unwavering commitment to creating memorable experiences. Driven by positivity and a genuine passion for connection, she plays a key role in fostering environments where both teams and clients feel valued.

Jordan Nicole is a senior-level copywriter, copy editor, and proofreader specializing in AP style within the creative marketing and brand development spaces. Her intrinsic passion for words and keen eye and ear for syntax and cadence enable her to seamlessly fluctuate between creative and technical tones of voice. Her portfolio includes high-visibility brands across industries, including Hilton, Marriott Vacations Worldwide, and ADHD Online.

Lee Williams is a copywriter and strategist based in Alexandria, VA. He brings more than 15 years of marketing and advertising experience, having worked with brands such as Uber, CAVA, and most recently Hilton, where he served as ACD/Head of Copy. In his free time, Lee enjoys film, concerts, and yes, professional wrestling.

Chris is an art director and senior designer with 7+ years of experience creating meaningful brand experiences. He specializes in visual storytelling, brand identity, and leading creative work across digital, physical, and experiential mediums. Alongside a strong work ethic, Chris brings a collaborative spirit and a good sense of humor, helping teams turn ideas into engaging, memorable concepts. Drawing inspiration from seeing creativity in action — whether in design, photography, cooking, or other mediums — he's passionate about exploring the many ways that familiar things can be given a fresh twist. Outside of work, he enjoys yoga and coffee, travel, music, and diving into astrology interests, all of which inform his creative perspective.

Sophie is a Jill of All Trades, Master of Pun! She has 9 years of experience in the creative industry (both on the agency side and in-house) as an art director, graphic designer, illustrator, and even a copywriter on occasion. She lives in Birmingham with her two cats and loves gardening, reading, doing puzzles, and crafting. Passionate about all things supernatural, witchy, spooky, and weird.

Nathania Guerra is a Latina designer, illustrator, and hand lettering artist based in Florida, born and raised in beautiful Ecuador. She has a BA in Graphic Design and Visual Communication, and picked up lettering as a hobby — but a few self-initiated projects landed some happy clients. She loves bold and bright colors, playful letterforms, and experimenting with diverse mediums.

Based in Orlando, FL, Matt Dunham brings over fifteen years of video production experience in corporate content creation. He has created content for every screen — movie theater ads, broadcast commercials, event videos, explainers, social content, and digital displays. He loves creating media that shares new ideas and helps people understand new products and services.

Maya Mirchandani is a marketing coordinator specializing in creating marketing plans and social media management. Her work includes marketing and social content development for ADHD Online and Hand to Hunger, helping brands get their message across in the best way possible.
