Week One

Share & Tell

60-minute kickoff meeting

Bring your thoughts and feelings, hopes and dreams for how your brand shows up to the world to a 1-hour video call. We'll ask questions to guide our conversation, including a fun lightning-round style quiz (if you're into that; we can stick to the straightforward questions if you're not!).

Week Two

Three Concepts, One Voice

60-minute review meeting

With the results of our Share & Tell, I will create three different brand tone of voice concepts. Each concept will include a strategy statement that ties back to your overall brand strategy, an ethos statement, up to 10 draft headlines, and up to three examples of short body copy. We'll discuss what you like (and don't like) about each concept, then I'll use your favorite elements and initial gravitational pulls towards certain ideas to shape your final tone of voice.

One Voice, Fully Realized

45-minute review meeting

Based on your feedback of the three concepts, we'll refine into a single brand voice guide. This will include a finalized strategy statement and ethos statement, a bank of 20 headlines, a set of short/medium/long brand or campaign descriptions, and a bank of 5 short copy examples. We'll include a sample mockup of these written elements using your visual branding. We'll discuss this final voice guide together. With the copy edits complete, we will conclude our two weeks and determine together the next steps for fully bringing your voice to life across your brand and campaigns.
